Exceptional host – Kris and exceptional place. There is a group of traditional small houses – bungalows, we had this one on stilts, amazing experience. Very silent place close to the National Park in the mountain. Bicycles/bikes for rent available on site. Food – exceptional like almost everything there, traditional Khmer cuisine. Not so far to Kep city and beach, but not in walking distance. Kris-all the best and very big thank you, we had amazing time in your hotel.

This is a beautiful location. Sabbay Kep is set amongst a glorious array of trees and plants. It boasts a roof terrace for your evening drink and the most stunning swimming pool. The accommodation is in a bungalow in the grounds and has all the facilities that you would want. The owners and their staff are exceptional; kind and helpful and even went to the local market and obtained fresh seafood which they cooked for us - how good is that! Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Highly recommended.

I love the feel of the place and the calmness it brings apart from the barking dogs,love the monkey's on the rooftops from the national park, staff were good and very friendly, check in was simple and easy.... Rooms are spacious,A/C is good, balcony area is awesome with a nice breeze early morning and evening,once dog's stop barking it's very very quiet and peaceful... Restaurant is nice and open with a view of the pool and surrounding areas... Breakfast was good and definitely recommend the Beefburger... Marks out of ten.. I give it 10/10...

Such a comfortable and spacious guesthouse in a beautiful, relaxing garden setting. Kate was very welcoming and lovely to chat to, and her pets were very cute and entertaining. All of the food was absolutely delicious. I love the eco friendly focus of the property and the short walk to Kep Beach. The recommended tuk tuk drivers were very friendly and showed me some beautiful places in the local area. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse as a wonderful place to stay and I hope to return there sometime.
