Also able to book our scooter right at the front desk rather than the multiple outfitters in the village. Sophia at the front desk was excellent. Laundry service was also great. Huge shoutout to Javier who helped me tremendously during my stay, but also before and after. All the other staff were super friendly despite the language barrier. Amazing value for the laundry service. The one-hour massage which I booked was from heaven and much needed after the volcano hike that they arranged for me. There is lots of space to hang out and chill. We booked the 'luxury family room' without realising, it was really spacious and the airconditioning worked really well, and it was still not expensive. It was so good we actually returned to Ometepe for an extra 5 nights of pure relaxation! We are backpacking around Central America and loved how homely this accommodation was. The rooms are so nice, clean and excellent value. The grounds are maintained beautifully and there is a lovely pool to rest by, perfect after climbing Volcan Concepcion.
