The best thing about my stay was the staff - they all went above and beyond with every detail. So kind and friendly. I didn’t catch his name but the young gentleman who greeted me at the taxi and dropped me into the taxi again the next day was incredibly helpful. Hotel location is super convenient, just 1200m away from "Puerto Salvador Allende" lake front with many local atractions. The room was very big and had everything you wanted in there. The restaurant was very nice too with massive portions. Our waiter was a very nice man, very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was also massive so it made it nice to get into and you can stay away from others if you wanted. All the staff were friendly.
