Was a spacious room with a large balcony. The location was very central. The staff made us a lunch bag for the following day as we were leaving before breakfast opened.

The hotel is amazing. In the center of the main attraction and in downtown. The hotel is very modern. The rooms was very cleaner, cozy and comfortable. The bathroom good and clean. The location was amazing, go walking to dinner and to go around the city main spot. The staff supported us to park the car and was very friendly. The breakfast was very good.

Upon arrival Rita was SUPER kind and nice and took good care of me. Let me check earlier and gave me a very comfortable clean room. She was awesome. The Hostel is not too far from the Center as others stated, maybe for those who can't or don't like to walk, they can take a bus or taxi or livery service. The breakfast was pretty good, a nice way to walk around town on a full stomach. My Room had a table, hanger rack and chair and a night light. Was very useful

Breakfast was excellent with a variety of the traditional continental selections, along with heated scrambled eggs and bacon, so it was certainly a good start to the day. Thank you! The staff were extremely helpful and the room was super comfy, quiet and immaculate.

The hotel look good, love the outside design. Located on the water, also there is free parking cross the street.

A great little place in the middle of town. Clean, comfortable and a short walk from everywhere.

Location couldn't be more central. Restaurant and stores were almost just outside the location. All the major sights are within walking distance in beautiful Aveiro.

Location was good and quiet. I really wanted to love it, as it looks so modern. I bet a few years ago it was great but now wear and tear visible in many areas and leaves a bit of an unclean overall feel (the cleaning itself was good though).

Fenomenal facilities, way beyond our expectations. Very spacious and very clean, had everything we needed. We loved the experience. It was by far the best acomodations we stayed in on this small vacation trip.

The most we liked was location since it was accessible to shopping, good restaurants and steps away from taking a moliceiro boat tour. Also the buffet breakfast was good.

The Hôtel Facility was fantastic, very nicely designed and decorated, the room was very spacious and comfortable as were the beds. The breakfast was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for more. We highly recommend the place. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

Everything except that to load and unload your luggage is very difficult arriving by own car as the street is very small with no designated parking for the hotel.

The unit was great - new everything, super clean, super comfy bed and pillows, a comfy couch, a smart tv, sufficient dishes and utensils (although the cooking utensils could be better (e.g. the only cooking fork was broken and there was no spatula), a spacious balcony that you can see the sunset from, air conditioner, an oven/microwave, a stove, a fridge, a washing machine (which we didn't need to use), a nice bathroom with a good shower and sufficient towels and TP was provided for our short stay. Although the kitchen was totally sufficient for us, the freezer must've been on the wrong setting because it was basically frozen and icy everywhere, which made it difficult to open/close drawers. Also the shelf/counterspace in the kitchen left a lot to be desired. Maybe a little roller cart (to store things and/or use as a prep station would be helpful. The unit came with an underground parking spot and there's free street parking. The building was safe and secure and in a great location (walking distance to a grocery store, old town, sites, the canals, the train and bus station, bars, and restaurants). We didn't have any noise issues at night - there was some street noise during the day when our balcony door was open (couldn't hear much of any noise when the balcony door was closed) and the neighbor's dog barks on their balcony every now and then.

Location could not be better, hell, I cant think of anything I did not like about this.
