The facilities were super clean, comfortable, and spacious, everything was very nice and tidy. The gentleman who attended to us was lovely, he helped us from the moment we arrived. It wasn't check-in time yet, but he still gave us time to leave our bags while they cleaned the room. They cleaned the rooms while we were out and everything was left super nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious and complete. We arrived later than the established time, and even so, they served us and were super special. On the last day, they gave us time to leave our bags after check-out if we needed to. Excellent staff, thank you very much for everything.

Clean and nice building and room. Quite, close to everything. Bed was really comfortable. The host was very nice and wanted to make sure everything was fine, plus they helped me with suggestions and info on restaurants and places around.

The room and service were excellent. I truly appreciated how quickly the team provided the access code after preparing the room, even though I arrived before the usual check-in time. The process was smooth and very well organized. The room was perfect for a solo traveler — comfortable, well-equipped, and with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also great: the beach is only around a 10-minute walk away, and the room even offers a beautiful ocean view with lovely walking areas nearby. Another big advantage is the convenience of the location. You can easily reach many places within a short time, and the airport is very close as well. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

We loved this 1-bedroom apartment! It was modern, light, fully functional, and absolutely perfect for a multiple-night stay. Every tiny thing had been thought of by the hosts - from numerous coffee pods, to toiletries, washing detergent, snacks, water etc. It was such a nice place to kick back and relax after a day of hiking. The balcony was equipped with comfortable chairs (and blankets), and was ideal to watch the departing planes fly off. We only wish we could have stayed for longer than one night!

The property sits in front of the ocean with a balcony. You can see the sunrise and the beautiful streets of Machico. It was a perfect location and not far from major cities. The drive to the villa is simple and is near a few restaurants and the supermarket. The villa had everything we needed and was perfect for a mother-daughter stay. The host was so kind and generous during our time in Machico. The host was communicative and made sure our stay was as nice as possible.

Love the location and the place itself is so cozy and nice. Cute room perfect for a couple.

Great location to explore east side of the island. Beautiful view from the balcony on a quiet street and steps away from the amazing viewpoint. Close to Machico and all the great restaurants and beaches.

The location here at Cozy Noia is superb! The parking right in front of the house is a definite bonus as streets in Madeira are narrow and having to worry about parking is not fun. This location was very peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to walk to a coffee shop/bakery and small supermarket within 1 to 1.5km even a great pizza place not too far away. We had a lot of hikes planned so this was a perfect location to get to all of the Eastern routes we had on our list. The house itself was super clean and very comfortable. It had all the necessary equipment to cook our own meals. The host is also very kind and helpful as I could not fly in the first two days as high winds in Madeira and flights were cancelled. Then, I locked myself out of the house within the first few minutes that I was there (didn't realize that the door would lock automatically from the outside as doors in Canada are not like this) My phone was in there too but a kind neighbour that I communicated with called the host for us and within about 10 minutes we were let into the house. I was ever so thankful to everyone. I would highly recommend this nice little house.

Lovely clean and compact living place, large enough for tall individuals with suitable kitchen equipment and dining area for a pleasant stay. Loved the back garden and close proximity to the beach/supermarket! Patrício was a friendly host who we would love to come stay at his property again!

This is a great stay! Off the beaten path enough to be quiet but still very walkable to beach and shops. The terrace view is incredible and it’s in an aesthetically pleasing house. The hosts were very helpful and clear with instructions.
