The property itself literally is in the old town center, amazing location! The staff is super friendly, very helpful and always available. The hotel is pretty and very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds are really really comfy. They have private parking as well for a charge but it definitely worth it, since you’re in the center. The lounge and reception area is a vibe and the coffee is great. We have visited with big family including 4 children under the age of 10 and it was perfect from every angle. Thank you guys for the lovely stay!

I had a very pleasant stay. The location was absolutely perfect right along the promenade looking out to the river and in walking distance of the central square. The room was clean and quiet and everyone was very friendly. I appreciated that they accommodated my dietary needs for breakfast. With the summer festivals taking place during my stay, I was even kindly given a ticket to enjoy the outdoor theater just around the corner, which was a very cool venue. This accommodation really suited my needs to be able to easily explore the main sights of Maribor, while having a comfortable place to retreat.

The apartment was clean, fully equipped, cozy, in a nice and green neighborhood. The apartment is at the ground floor and it has a nice terrasse. You can park the car near the building. The city center is at walking distance. The host was very helpful. I strongly recommend it.

The room was as expected from a 3* hotel, with the regular amenities. It was clean and comfortable. There is a large parking right at the hotel. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good. There is a restaurant/pizzeria there, and the food we had was very good - we tried some of the restaurant specialties. We has some bottled water in the room, which was nice, and also they gave us some fruits and water when we left, to have it on the way, and it was really appreciated. I would definitely return to this hotel, if I will return to that region again. There are some nice trails and vineyards around, so maybe, one day.

It's our 2nd stay here, and for sure it won't be the last. This should give all the information about how satisfy we are with this accommodation. Keyless entry - codes only - makes it so much easier. Very clean and flexible, good wifi. Everything that you would expect. Now for some extra steps: the even provided small little beds for our pets that travelled with us (very nice surprise and highly appreciated); they offered multiple (safe) parking solutions for a car that was slightly taller than the garage due to the Thule box on top; they sent messages to say "welcome" and "goodbye". My family really enjoyed our stay and we really love how quiet the neighborhood seemed.

everything!!! They offer an outdoor heated pool even in winter. However, we couldn’t use it as we were all already sick. They also provided three bottles of wine, and all of this was included in the accommodation price—it’s hard to believe!

A wonderful place. Situated in a very beautiful park. It’s is quiet, and the old town begins right beyond the park. Parking is available next to the house. A very pleasant terrace overlooks the park. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything!!! (even small things like a variety of spices). Sleeping conditions are very good. The owners answer calls promptly (I only called once to ask where to leave the keys). Looking forward to come back next year again.
