CanadaWe had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was (family-) friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cot next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming!
The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated.
Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!

United StatesThe hotel is so beautiful, the food including breakfast were outstanding. They have a wood fire pizza oven with the most delicious pizza and a grill. Special touches like a face mask in the women’s toiletry bag. The spa is 5 star from start to finish with delicious teas on arrival and at the end. Selecting the natural oils and scrubs. I entered the spa completely stressed and came out feeling pampered and a new me. The thing that puts this hotel in another category is the staff. They don’t go beyond, but beyond beyond. Making sure that every need is met with a true commitment to excellence. Thank you Tiki for always helping us. Special thanks to Jon who has to be one of the hardest working people I have ever met and is obviously the best at what he does ensuring that your stay is a special one. Beautiful place, beautiful vibes and the sutsets are killer from here. Do not miss it! The host Fon is super helpful and even picked/ dropped us to and fro the ferry. She recommended amazing places to visit and even helped with bike rental.

The breakfast was on the house and delicious. I would have scrambled eggs with ham and cheese and two pieces of toast. A couple of times I also had pancakes. Coffee, several types of juice and fruits on the side.

It was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. • The Atmosphere: The area is incredibly peaceful and clean. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for a quiet retreat away from the more crowded parts of the island. • Location & Dining: The nearby beach is excellent—perfect for a relaxing day by the water. We also loved the local restaurants in the area; the food was consistently great. Verdict: Everything was exactly as we hoped. Very comfortable villa, it has everything you may need. Very nice pool too with very little crowd. Kitchen fully equipped, we cooked several times and had a great bbq on the outside table. Karla is great and handles any request in a very timely and careful manner, thank you Karla. We really enjoyed our stay here!

A charming person who came to pick us up from the airport, who did everything to ensure that we had an unforgettable vacation, house with swimming pool to ourselves, located near fischerman village, exceptional. Close to all the tourist sites of Koh Samoui while being quiet in the house. Fully equipped… I recommend 1000%

The tranquil setting was a little piece of paradise. Wherever you were, you were secluded in amongst the tropical plants and trees. The accommodation has everything you need, and the breakfast and restaurant food on site were delicious. Alain and the rest of the team could not have made us feel more welcome and were happy to help with any query. We will definitely return!

A wonderful two-bedroom villa, everything is very clean and comfortable, delicious breakfasts, which can be ordered directly to the pool. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi work great. Opposite the hotel there is a laundry and 7Eleven. Within walking distance of a good beach, restaurants, shops, a night market, massages.

The location was very private with amazing views. The 3 floor luxury apartment was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The facilities inside the apartment were first class and for a family of three, made our stay a magical experience. Luck who was our host was amazing from the moment she greeted us at the airport to taking us and settling us in to our apartment. She went above and beyond in providing us with information and her concierge service was very professional in meeting our requirements and requests throughout our stay.

It was a big room very nicely prepared for us because it was our Honeymoon. Food was delicious. Breakfast with a view on the sea. The staff was really friendly and helpful! We couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel.

Great location for airport transfers. Also close to eateries and street food. Staffs were friendly and attentive. The free airport transfer was super efficient for early morning transfers (only 5-10 mins drive from the hotel). The villa was huge compared to the price. There are separate living area, kitchenette and outdoor sitting - plenty of space. Highly recommended especially for solo travellers with a need for early morning airport transfer.

The most lovely little hotel with fantastic staff and great facilities. A real big shout out to the staff who were so accommodating, always helping us when needed and were very kind and friendly too. The property was in walking distance to the beach and the centre of Chaweng. Would 1000% come back!

The resort is beautiful. We loved the accommodation and the pool area that walked out onto the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We found the restaurant and bar menu to be good and the food tasty. There is a lovely little boutique for gift shopping and special beach wear.

The aesthetics of the property are unreal, very clean, white but homey at the same time. The owner is from the UK and is so nice and friendly. There is a dog and 2 cats living on the hotel (the don’t bother you unless you want them too. Which I did) who are super friendly please buy them dog and cat food to help the hotel out. The best hotel to stay in in ko samui by a country mile!!!

I mixed up the arrival date and arrived one day later than i booked 😅 The staff handled it really well with no guilt blaming, it was clearly my fault, at all. The Apartment has been very clean and with everything needed. The Bathtub has been a real highlight of our stay!

The property was excellent, all the facilities needed for a stay with a family. Was like staying at a hotel. Pool was a great size. Sun, the house manager was amazing and was on hand throughout the stay to answer any questions and help with everything we needed. Beach towels were provided, cleaning was done once a week, bathroom amenities were also provided and a welcome fruit basket with water which was a nice touch.

The staff were absolutely incredible - helpful and courteous. The views were breathtaking, and this resort has everything you'll ever think of needing without venturing out too far! Breakfast and meals served by the hotel restaurant were also delicious!
