We had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was (family-) friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cot next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming! The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!

A luxurious hotel, when taking pictures, it comes out very beautiful. The staff is lovely, I asked for a room with a beautiful view and got a room with a beautiful view as I dreamed. The hotel staffs are very lovely, everyone is polite and always smiling, I received good service from everyone.

Samui Zenity is located near Maenam beach and local activities (restaurant, local markets, bar) The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from Maenam Beach, scooter rental is available on site....

The hotel is so beautiful, the food including breakfast were outstanding. They have a wood fire pizza oven with the most delicious pizza and a grill. Special touches like a face mask in the women’s toiletry bag. The spa is 5 star from start to finish with delicious teas on arrival and at the end. Selecting the natural oils and scrubs. I entered the spa completely stressed and came out feeling pampered and a new me. The thing that puts this hotel in another category is the staff. They don’t go beyond, but beyond beyond. Making sure that every need is met with a true commitment to excellence. Thank you Tiki for always helping us. exceeded expectations, the room was very large with a really nice patio. The hotel property is really nicely maintained and theres a lot of greenery. beachfront is the perfect bonus, we had a really brilliant time here, this hotel is great! Better than the photos.

It was a beautiful site located on a bay in Lamai beach a bit away from the noisy parts but just a good little 10 min walk to the closest minimart. Especially Jen from reception was absolutely adorable and so friendly, one of the best customer service persons I’ve ever met. She is diamond.
