The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful, as well as professional. The location was very nice. A calmer area of Istanbul...yet not far from the Metro Station and Bus Routes. The room was actually a 2 bedroom apartment, which was very nice and clean with great views and close to markets and restaurants. It also has a very nice swimming pool/spa and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this establishment.

The facility is amazing for anyone looking to stay for more than a week. Proximity to Tema world mall. Staff are amazing. They welcome you with warm smiles, polite words, and a genuine eagerness to help. Privacy is great and they respect your boundaries which is not something you see in normal hotels. Kitchen facilities are top notch. TV is amazing with many Arabic and international channels. They provided me with a van to take us back to şişli. The driver is so good and the van itself is amazing. The view from 9th floor is mesmerizing 🌃🏞️. The quality of fresh air in this area is out of this world. You can sleep peacefully here if you are like me looking to relax away from city life. I didn’t try the breakfast buffet as I was cooking in the apartment. Delivery services are available if you download one of the delivery apps.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The guest was very friendly, welcoming and kinds. He would offer to help me with everything I needed. It is very rare to find such hospitality. He treated me like family. Before I came a problem came up suddenly and I had to cancel. I messaged the property if I could get a full refund even tho the policy said only partial if a certain date had passed, and they were willing to send me a full refund, even tho against their policy. This happens very rarely. So kind of them, but I still made the trip. The accommodation was very good. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The property is located around 150 meters from the metro-bus if you want to go it the center of Istanbul. Highly recommend booking your stay here.

I had a very good stay during my visit to the tuyap Fair in Istanbul. The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the tuyap Convention Center, which made everything easy and convenient. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff made the experience even better. Special thanks to Kadir (Manager) and Erdem (Supervisor) for their professionalism. A big appreciation to Kenan for his warm welcome, helpful attitude throughout my stay. Bita was also very kind and helpful. Overall, a great experience and I would gladly stay here again.
