Really clean comfortable and good and nice staff

Mr Baris was exceptionally kind to accommodate last minute requests. My stay with my brother was very pleasant. The hotel is located at a great spot - very convenient to walk around the town especially for first time visitors. The breakfast is amazing and gives you a great start to the day! Thank you to all the staff for being so kind.

The rooms are very beautifully designed, jacuzzi worked properly, same as fireplace. The hotel is well connected to both Konak and Alsancak. We managed to check in earlier, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good!

There is an excellent breakfast buffet well worth the cost to include in the room reservation. The selections, custom orders, quality of food was remarkable. The staff was very attentive. The hours were also flexible to accommodate our early flight or lazy mornings. The location is also very convenient, right by the Kordon shore or close to shopping districts, about 15 minute walk to famous Kemeralti bazaar.

It’s a very good hotel and it’s connected to a mall which is very convenient for us since we stayed for one night and the rooms are very comfortable and clean the furniture looks new

Very pleasantly surprised by this little hidden gem! The hotel is family owned, and well connected the neighborhood surrounding it. The entrance is on a very narrow road, so you will need to unload quickly if you travel by car. The hotel has a deal with a nearby parking lot to park for free. The lot seems busy, but it's safe and the staff are kind. Everyone seems very connected to each other in this neighborhood, so it's easy to make friends. The room was very cozy! Nice, hot showers, comfortable beds and a Smart TV with accessibility to lots of different streaming channels. There is no elevator, but the stairs are well lit. There is a small cafe with a few tables in the lobby, and Breakfast is available for a fee. We greatly appreciated the kindness of the staff.

The original room was too hot. They changed the room for me without any complaint and it was great. I ate at the hotel since it was late, The food was excellent and well priced, The staff were excellent and friendly. They gave me a complimentary cappuchino while I was waiting for my excursion which was late. I loved the room

We requested clean towels and sheets and they absolutely respected and honored our request. The pictures don't really convey the comfort and cleanliness of the place, it is exceptional!

Location is 10-15 min walking slowly to METRO BASMANE, Reception is good, Help with baggage On the central street many supermarket and cafe, 40-50min on metro took way to aeroport.. room was clean, everything were good, No lift in hotel
