The room was cleaned daily to a high standard, which made our stay even more comfortable. Our reservation included breakfast, and we found it to be more than sufficient and satisfying.

Very beautiful building, clean apartment, good soundproofing with the closed windows. Apartment has everything needed and located in a wonderful district. We’d definitely stay again if we are travelling to Paris.
We’ve also liked the apartment structure - us and the kid had separate bedrooms which allowed us to use kitchen area even when kid was asleep

Booked late at night in last-minute decision to sleep briefly in hotel before morning connecting flight. Did the job nicely. Warm night and no AC but was okay. Bed comfortable, clean, location very close to Chatelet station for easy route to CDG, had everything I needed. Good experience

The accommodation was clean, the beds were okay, and the room had a lavatory. Shared showers and toilets were also clean and comfortable. Overall, when you're on a budget trip and you only need a clean place where you need to sleep, this is very good choice because price was very affordable. Hotel is also very close to the metro station and you can get to a city center in a few minutes. The center is also basically at a walkable distance.

Staff were very helpful through the whole process. It's hard to get good accommodation in a good location at a reasonable price in Paris, so this was probably the best hotel in the area. It's only a 10 minute walk to the Louvre. The rooms were good - big enough, and with a good bathroom.

Modern and colorful rooms, huge windows with nice urban views. Lobby and coworking spaces are nice and bright, it was pleasant to spend time there. The room is also cool, small kitchen gives you the option of making your own meals and share it with friends/family around the table for four by the window in your room. Living and sleeping spaces are separated thanks to the upper deck bed, the stairs folds and doesn't take space when it is not needed. Grocery store right next door to the hotel.

We felt very welcome. My mom got a free upgrade. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Even the sleeping couch I was in was more comfortable then some other hotels bed ;). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The train stations not that far especially the Garr the Lyon station is about 5 minutes away.

We stayed as a family of four for two nights. The first thing to note is that the hotel is two minute walk to the metro station with links to the whole of Paris. It is in a friendly neighbourhood, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was well kitted-out with everything you need. The beds were big and comfy, and soundproofing was great.

Wonderful vacation at this hotel. Excellent location, near restaurants, bars, bakery, supermarket, public transportation. Room was specious and comfortable and hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. During the weekend there was a fun farmers market just near the hotel. overall very pleasant stay at the hotel and highly recommended.

The room was up 2 flights of old stairs, we knew this on booking but not for anyone with mobility issues.
Room was warm but the receptionist was able to locate a fan which made the room good to sleep in
The location was very close to the Gare du Nord, easy walk to Montmartre and local affordable restaurants and an Aldi store. It is a hotel that had character and has seen better days, but it was affordable.

We went for a Superior Room with balcony - which may have been bigger than other rooms, but worth it.
Our accommodation requirements changed several times, but the hotel staff were very helpful, and patient.
The breakfast area was bright and pleasant, and whilst the breakfast itself was somewhat limited, it was perfectly adequate.

The shower had a nice hard water pressure that makes you feel you are actually taking a shower. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and i actually had one of the best sleeps in this hotel compared to many others i have slept in. (And that is a decent amount)
The cooling fan worked fine at 19 degrees, and it made the room nice cold while underneath the blankets comfy warm.
I stayed in the weekend before i went to Disneyland and again in the weekend after.
The hotel is also a nice 5 minuten walk towards subways.

The apartment was clean, modern and newly renovated, and large enough for our family of 4 (2 x adults, 2 x 10 year olds).The sleeper couch opened into 2 separate single beds, very comfortable! The apartment was very well located, within short walking distance of metro, restaurants and shops. Kitchen was well equipped. Option of having breakfast at additional cost, and coffee machine in reception area was very convenient.

The room is as it is in the photos. It was spacious, the washroom is also spacious. the streets were lively at night because below the Hotel were restaurants and bars. I was a light sleeper with the windows open yet I still slept like a baby so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Metro 14 Saint-Ouen was the nearest and most convenient transportation from the airport and to get around the city. There’s also a Supermarket G20 near which is covenient open late if snacks are needed. The lobby was beautiful.

The view from the 3 bedroom apartment was breathtaking! Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. Check-in and check out was seamless and they were always just a whatsapp away if you needed anything. My extended family and friends are now trying to book this accommodation because it was that fantastic!

Nice apartment to stay in a quite Paris neighborhood. There is a park nearby and great bakery.
You can also have a breakfast at the hotel, however the kitchen in the apartment allows you to cook.
We had an apartment on the highest floor. The view was stunning.

This was a great location in relation to where we often went. The nearest bus stop took us very close to the Seine (#58). The apartment was in a pretty quiet area. It was quite spacious, bright and clean and the washer was nice to have in-house. The second floor with the bedroom was unique. There is a lot of room to sleep if you have a slightly larger group.

There was mold growing in the apartment. The air in the room is hard to breath and probably not healthy to stay. The apartment was not clean hair and dust all over the place. The pictures does not reflect the reality. We could not stay there and had book another hotel for our stay.

The accommodation was very central. There was a metro near by and you could walk to notre dame from the hotel and get around Paris easily. It was possible to leave luggage before we booked and after we booked out

Tooo loud, not recommended, you can not take your rest since you can’t fall a sleep due to the jazz bar below and the walls and doors are very thin.. rather a pansion room then a hotel with the price for a hotel 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The hotel is very good! Very friendly and accomodating staff and it is very clean. The location is perfect, lots of things in the area from food to the Louvre which is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Due to it's central location next to a big main street, it is sometimes a little noisy at night so if you're a light sleeper consider bringing earplugs.
