AustraliaLoved this apartment! It exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The property manager was attentive, responsive and accommodating. The apartment was brand new, spotless and soundproof. Comfortable bed/pillows. Beautiful clean bathroom with toiletries and extra towels. Ample storage with a wardrobe, hangers and luggage stand. Wifi details on the door. TV, couch and dining table.
The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and brand new crockery. The fridge/freezer was full size. There was a microwave, kettle, dish rack and a kitchen kit, which contains a brand new cleaning kit (dish sponge, bench sponge, dishwashing detergent and rubbish bag). Very hygienic for guests. Loved the fact that each guests obtains a unique code to enter the building and apartment. Felt very safe.
Highly recommend. Looking forward to returning.

We liked being at the very center of Lisbon. Sight-seeing places, lovely restaurants and pedestrian street were all under 2min away from the accommodation. There's also a tour company opposite the location. Loved the apartment, which is bright, modern, very clean and spacious.

The location was great. Very close to the old town, and very pretty location. Easy to walk everywhere.
The apartment is beautiful and spacious enough for two people. The shared spaces were also well maintained and the accommodation was very clean.

Not much to be frank. In comparison to Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Baixa Castelo, this location is not at central and requires a walk up a slope to get to it the alleyway that you need to walk up to get to the hotel smells of pee and in general is not very comfortable for everyone so that is a watch out.
The apartment itself has a decent layout and has very thing you need but the maintenance is not the greatest.

Location is very good, shops in 1 mins of walk, market with tasty seafood is approx. 10 mins from apartment, there is everything necessary for staying, apartment is clean, beds are very comfortable for sleeping, liked partial view to ocean and balcony amazing to drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening 😊. Was cool, so very much recommended!!! Thank you, Harry and Maria!🥰

A last minute flight cancellation meant that we needed to find accommodation near to the airport. The rooms were sizeable and clean and the hotel within a ten minute walk of riverside restaurants and bars. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Great location in the heart of the old town, friendly and helpful staff at these great serviced apartments. Plenty of room, much larger than the usual accommodation. Really great and quiet despite being in the heart of town. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located accommodation in Lisbon. The price was fair, especially given the excellent location. Dina was extremely kind and helpful, offering us great tips on local cafes for breakfast.
When my son accidentally left his T-shirt behind, Dina went out of her way to send it back to us—something you wouldn't expect from a typical hotel.
Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

Beautiful hotel boutique in the center of Barrio Alto. Bedroom was spacious, with balcony, beautifully decorated and superb comfy bed. It is located in a very quiet street so perfect to have a good night of sleep

A PEACEFUL, CALM AND CLEAN HOTEL
I came to SETÜBAL for a business trip and I would like to thank Santa Maria Rooms and Apartments, which has nice staff who can find solutions to all kinds of problems. It is a great advantage to be located very close to the center. Thank you very much. I will definitely visit again.

The apartment is nice but lacks maintenance. Old and broken front door, we were locked out twice, bathrooms without windows, terrace invaded by insects, it was not possible to open the terrace windows because of the insects, nor those of the kitchen because of a very noisy restaurant that grills all day, they smoked our vacation. Host absent never seen. DO NOT GO THERE

Location excellent, right in the center, close to every major attraction and metro station. The apartment is super clean and is furnished with everything you need for a short stay. Fresh bread ,croissants and pasta de nata is given every morning,left outside the door. While the fridge is stocked with all kinds of food for breakfast.
The bed and pillows are comfortable and it’s really quiet at night.
The staff is kind and helpful for every request. By far, one of the best accommodations in Lisbon!

One of the best apartments we stayed for travel. The host is very reliable and respond in a timely manner. It is very comfortable and conveniently located. We also had a great sleep since the window is sound proof. There is a lift in the building which is add on.

Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment (apartment with separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms). Great location. For a delicious breakfast, Kopenhagen Coffee Lab is just around the corner. Mini market and restaurants are close-by. Communication with accommodation and host prior to and during stay was very good.

The host was rude and does not understand when people are on vacation, they are not expected to be connected to the internet all the time. He says they have digitalizwed the checking in procedure with no body to meet you or give you the key. Even if you enter the premise, accessing the apartment is like a treasure hunt. Finaly I had to leave with an insult from the ost who said people like me should stay home and cannot travel.

Nice little apartment, well situated in sparkling Lisbon not far from public transportation. It was clean, except for the rust in the bathroom, and fully equipped. We arrived on a hot day and couldn't sleep because of the noise outside. The second day the owner brought us a fan which allowed us to close the windows at night.

The property was absolutely stunning, we stayed in the Penthouse apartment on the top floor which had its own balcony, perfect for sitting on in the evenings after a long day of exploring. The hotel is in an incredible location, right in the centre of the city with lots of great restaurants near by. However, it was so quiet and tranquil once you step into the hotel it feels like you are tucked away in a quiet haven. It was such a great place to relax in after a day out, and the air con was very well used after being out in the heat!
