Lodgings in Sintra

The Breakfast: The buffet was excellent—fresh pastries, bread, fruit, cheeses, delicious natas, and more. Everything was well stocked, and the dining space was bright and pleasant. A perfect start to the day. Room: Clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was great, the room quiet, and everything well-maintained. It had just what I needed for a relaxing stay.

Good location and good property

Location is great with an exceptional view, but rather far away from Sintra center. At night we came back from the city after dinner and got lost in the small and unlit streets.

The Hotel locked at the very best historical area, Love the view.

Excellent location, incredibly comfortable bed, and our own perfect little private natural garden right outside our room! Not the fanciest, and not new, more like your dear old eccentric auntie’s great home. Fantastic for the price! The staff were incredible and absolutely adored our standard poodle who came along with us.

I book a privacy room and it's big and wonderful view for me. I take a great rest at night

This was a magical place. Our room and the common areas were lovely. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station so very convenient. It had small touches that made it special. I would totally go back.

a dream good food place location

One of the best accommodations I've stayed in Portugal. Located in the historic center, the rooms were excellent, the breakfast was very good, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend it.

The atmosphere created by the staff is warm & welcoming! They are awesome. The free breakfast was tasty!

Love the rural beachy (sandy) feeling of the property. Volleyball set up, nice grocery store on site! Nomad cafe and gelato is amazing and great staff ( Tenu?). The food vendors, pizza- best I’ve had ever! Had a great massage with Paulo.

The friendly staff, the facilities available, and the location too.

I recently stayed here after the reopening and had a lovely experience. The place has unique atmosphere and style, you can feel like in a real palace. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Sintra's historic center, making it easy to explore the town on foot. My room was comfortable and very well maintained, and the staff were welcoming throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Sintra :)

If you want it all come here! This facility is as you see in the pictures, phenomenally beautiful and once here relaxing! The bonus here is you totally relax from the inside decor, to the frogs and birds chirping outside near the pond on beautifully kept grounds!

Had absolutely the best staying in the place. We were able to spend time with our dog and felt safe to unleash him as the closest road with cars is quiet far from the houses (which is great and we felt safe). The houses were clean, the beds were great, no mold or any major imperfections in the place. Two beautiful outdoor pools, we had breakfast next to one during the shiny day, felt like a movie scene. And of course the hall! Gorgeous looking with high ceilings and snooker. Had a lot of fun here! Thank you for your hospitality!

Stylish and comfortable hotel in my favorite part of Sintra. I loved being surrounded by nature — there’s so much greenery around the hotel. The room design, cleanliness, and attention to detail really stood out. I was warmly welcomed, and everything was taken care of without me needing to ask. Excellent service and kind staff. Highly recommend.

Kind & welcoming staff, lovely accommodations, great location.

Everything was great and the host was very helpful.

The hotel and facilities were new, clean and comfortable. Big plus with available parking and electric car charging capabilities.

The girl working there was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Close to beach and all the facilies, kind staff and clean

Loved everything. Alex and Miguel were wonderful. We hated to leave.

This is an outstanding little inn with small intimate public spaces to sit and read a book. I go to Sintra to stay at Lawrence’s.

Hotel's location guarantees stunning views.

The place itself is really nice!

Everything - the kindness of Mariana, the flexibility of the owner when I made the booking mistake, the information and recommendations, the cleanness of the room, the Honesty bar (such a great idea!)! It is perfect value for money, I definitely recommend and would recommend to friends visiting Sintra! Thanks a million to the team who works to make tourists feel home at the Green Chalet!!! Thank you all!

Everything was fantastic, beautifully designed and new ! Staff was very kind and helpful. Very recommended:)

Friendly welcome and delicious breakfast!

Great location, with great staff and comfortable venues.

The room was nice and clean with view to the Bonsai museum, which is a great thing to see.

Comfortable room, very comfortable bed, overstffed chair. A very nice bathroom, separate closet area with room for dressing, and kept bags out of living space. Electric kettle and cups, always a plus! The breakfast was wonderful, many choices and plenty of good hot coffee. The local custard filled Pastries were fresh every morning and superb! We were checking in very late and the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring Sintra, and proximity to the train station.
