It was the only accommodation that we could find near Sempeter! (We had hoped to visit the Necropolis but it was closed.) It is owned by the municipality and the ground floor is used as a youth centre so we were happy to support it. It was built in the 1970s and might be considered dated but we thought the decor was quite quirky and interesting. Not a bland chain hotel. Reminded us of Cuba. Terrific view north from the fire escape. We were able to put our bikes in the foyer overnight.

The apartment is simply amazing! Very stylish, clean and centrally located. Usually, I prefer hotels to apartments when we travel, but this place was a true pleasure.

It appears to me that the pushing together of two single beds ( this hotel actually has the single beds on rails to assist their being manoeuvred , made with two sets of single sheets) is the new “double bed” norm .. I wonder how the managers sleep in their home double beds ..???

Amazing location meant that it was easy to get to the hotel from the train station and also to walk to the general attractions in town. There was a really great breakfast as well!
Had a nice view from the room and could hear the church bells! (Though closing the window was effective for soundless sleep)

The apartment is absolutely amazing. It is equipped modernly and very nicely, it has everything and more that you need for an extremely comfortable stay, the owners are very friendly, flexible and understanding... It's everything you could want when you're on vacations. We were impressed and will definitely come back. Hopefully soon. :)

Free upgrade to Apartment in the main hotel. Very modern room, but loft stairs were so steep they were scary! Best bed so far in 2 weeks of travelling.

Although our stay was short since we only slept over on our way back home, it was a nice stay. The location is perfect, just 100m from Orhidrelia Wellness. The staff at Rosa Aparthotel were super polite during our check-in and check-out. The apartment was well-furnished, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The two bottles of water that were waiting for us were a nice gesture.

I liked the idyllic scenery and peace and quiet of the farm location. I had a really good sleep here, as the mattress was firm and the apartment was shady. The hostess was very accommodating and provided me with an Italian espresso pan that suited the induction stove. I bought the same pan on my way to Ljublana based on her tip.

Location is very central with plenty of good food options (even for holidays and sundays) just outside the accommodation.
Hidden in the courtyard and next to the post office parking lot, the hotel is basically super quiet after office hours.
Check-in instructions (all by PINs) are very clear, and staff will come do the introductions as well. And they response to queries/requests rather quickly.

Excellent accommodation in Maribor. It is not in the city center but you can take a bus which takes 20 minutes and leaves oftenly nesr the apartment. On the other hand you have great view on the slopes and you can enjoy quite neighborhood. The staff was very firendly, rooms were clean and comfy and there is also parking spot.

Great location, spacious apartment with a huge balcony and great location in the Pohorje mountain, just a few minutes from the slope.
The host was awaiting us near the hotel Bellevue on a bicycle with his two beautiful dogs 🙂
There is enough space for 8 people, two bedrooms and a big living room. But balcony...WOW!!!
And parking lot outside of the building and in the garage, as you prefer. Everything in closed safe area.

The hotel is located in the absolute centre of Maribor. (You need to provide your car plate number to be able to enter the pedestrian area, where the hotel is located). Apartments are huge,, really amazing! Breakfast is absolutely fulfilling expectations. Price for value is great!

Beautiful hotel. Fully renovated with nice design and comfortable rooms. I did not use any of Spa and pool facilities due I was there for a dogshow so I was only sleeping at the hotel, but everything is super. Hotel is situated in beautiful park.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The place was equipped with all the necessities, completely renovated, and impeccably clean. Its location was excellent, conveniently close to the city center (only minutes away from the main square). The landlady was incredibly friendly and approachable. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I highly recommend this accommodation.

The location is just ideal for a European vacation. The Apartment offered great views from all the sides with two balconies overlooking scenic mountains. The interior of the apartment was comfortable and warm. Olga who is the host and her daughter Sofia were very welcoming

This is one of the most beautiful places we have visited, ideal for a vacation, with family or alone. The location is fantastic, the service and accommodation are wonderful, and the property is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Breakfast is so delicious, with great homemade food and very creative desserts. We really liked the wellness center also. We love deer and animals that run around freely, so we absolutely enjoyed everything.
