Luxury Hotels in Tofino

Breakfast was exceptionally good! I stayed for two nights and had two different breakfasts, both were very good! And location is great (very far from everything and city center but right on the beach)

What a magical location! Cox Beach is absolutely dreamy! A highlight was watching the surfers catch waves at sunset! Loved the accommodations! We traveled with our toddler who squealed in delight when he saw our “vacation house!” The room was private and quiet and comfortable. We loved selecting dvds at night which felt very nostalgic. It was great having a coffee shop on the property. The running/biking/walking path is directly across the street which is convenient.

The location is awesome. Like the beach and the environment of the resort.

Our three-night stay at Duffin Cove Resort was nothing short of wonderful. Even with the rain rolling in for much of our visit, the experience was still incredibly relaxing. In fact, the sound of the waves combined with the rainfall created such a calming atmosphere that it felt like the perfect backdrop for a coastal getaway. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and designed to make the most of the stunning views. Waking up each morning to look out over the water—even on misty, grey days—was a highlight in itself. The large windows and private deck made it easy to simply sit back, enjoy a coffee, and watch the weather shift across the cove. What stood out most was how peaceful and secluded the resort felt while still being just minutes away from Tofino’s restaurants and shops. After a day of exploring trails and beaches nearby, coming back to Duffin Cove to unwind made the trip feel perfectly balanced. Rain or shine, this spot is a gem. The staff were warm and attentive, and the location right on the water makes it unique. If you’re looking for a place where you can embrace the beauty of the coast in all kinds of weather, Duffin Cove is a perfect choice.

Wow, this was one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's a bunch of spread out suites (maybe some are just rooms? Not sure) on a big property. But then there's a community space for amazing breakfasts, and board games, dinner, sunset watching, etc. Our room was right on the beach, and we could hear the surf all night. We had views of the shore outside our bedroom, and chairs to watch the ocean from a hill, too. It's a super-short walk to the beach, which is pretty secluded because it's kinda hard to access if you're not at the hotel.
