The homely and the quality of the food they serve. Even in a hot chocolate we could feel the quality. Lookout for the fantastic service from the Restaurant manager Mr. Mathew. He comes to you to make sure you are served best. Even the room service was very prompt. Kudos to all the team. You can expect great quality in your stay in the resort.

Amazing place and gets you the feel of being very close to nature. Draco club is amazing and has very good activities for the kids. Our kids 9 and 10 year old had an amazing time being off the screen and getting closer to nature and exploring

From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. This place was everything that we had hoped for..the staff was very helpful especially Ameen..who went out of his way on most scenarios to help us..the place is based very close to a tea estate and the rooms are beautifully located amidst a forest...that being said they had all the security enclosures in place to ensure safety of their staff as well as tourists...the food was amazing as well and not too much masala n spices were used...it was literally like home cooked food...they are in general very efficient in that aspect as we were very well informed about the kitchen timings so we could order food in advance..so no hassles...overall it is really great experience...the whole of Jeevess Ayurveda campus or resort has lot of greenery around so if anyone is looking for a getaway from their hectic n monotonic life in front of computer screens then this is definitely the place people shud opt for... absolutely worth ... . The approach road is not an asphalt or tar road and is really a mud road with big stones and they ensured to communicate to us a slightly longer but better route...

Absolutely stunning location . Wonderful staff who bend backwards to give you want you want . One can never go wrong with a Taj .. Chef Raj and chef Sanil kumar were constantly meeting us to ensure we were comfortable. We even had a wonderful unique dining experience on our anniversary. Chef Sanil was personally involved in curating the menu. The Manager Restaurants , Mr Sajjith was exceptional. He was attending to us everyday and even making some cocktails with the limited inventory. Some people who made our trip memorable were - Sajjith , Raj & Sanil , Akshay and Ameer ( interns ).
