All of the staff were very attentive. Language barrier was tough because most of them couldnt speak english. However, we met two Indonesian staff who helped translate some of our basic needs. Most of them went along the way to really help us out. One of the things I learned there through their staff, they said "doing the best is our standard". So imagine the kinds of services they will do for you.

The location was perfect for us. We liked that is was off the beaten path. The room size was very comfortable. The room had nice amenities. The private baths were also a very nice feature.

Just everything, it really is an authentic Japanese stay, food was amazing so many different flavours and the service was excellent. I highly recommend.
