Very clean and fantastic value. The grounds are well kept and the facilities are all excellent. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend and would happily stay here again. The pool area was particularly enjoyable.

Every staff member was friendly, helpful, answered all questions. We unfortunately did not speak the language but all staff spoke English so that was very helpful as well. The hotel, grounds, and room were all clean, beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Very convenient location. Quiet area while in room despite being close to busier street and market areas. Would stay again and would recommend.

The staff along with all the extra perks at The Heritage Hotel made our stay incredibly memorable! We loved our time here. Everyone was absolutely lovely... so friendly and helpful! Em was a total sweetheart and really made our trip especially wonderful! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Nice linens & pillows and the shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure! The lobby is so pretty and inviting for breakfast, an afternoon break or to meet up with friends for a drink. Location was perfect for visiting temples and the night market. It was our favorite hotel while traveling in Thailand. We can't wait to return!!

Lovely place! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, very clean, nicely designed. It is a charming hotel with a nice pool. The staff is exceptional, extremely polite, helpful, kind. They helped us throughout our stay with efficiency and kindness. It is an amazingly warm-hearted team who makes you feel at ease. The bistro is very good and offers a lot of choices. We hope we can go back to The Shamrock Hotel again! A big thank you to all the people of the team.

    Everything. The architecture and the interior design was just beautiful, really classy accommodation. The rooms were designed to perfection with little touches like ear plugs, an umbrella and a bag to take out for the day or to the pool, bed and pillows were super comfy. Breakfast was tasty, with various options that alternated daily. All around a really beautiful place to stay.

    Greeted with gift of fresh fruit and snacks - very welcoming gesture! We stayed in deluxe room - the bathroom was very luxurious, and we liked the 2 way wardrobe to access dressing gown (between hall and bathroom). Room was very quiet and had good blockout curtains, and good lighting that could be managed from controller beside bed. Breakfast was excellent- buffet style with plenty of choice, and all front-end staff spoke good English.
