the staff and service are truly five star with complimentary drinks served from the Lavazza Cafe while we briefly waited for our room to be readied. very comfortable beds; clean, neutral smell; excellent air temp control. Indi16 penthouse bar/restaurant/lounge had a very casual yet upscale vibe and original contemporary menu.
There is some problem in the chick-inn and the manager call me and give a good compensation for the room so i like the service very much and they deserve 5 stars for everything!.
The hotel, surrounds, ambiance all exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious with top quality decor. We booked the option including breakfast and can I definitely recommend these. The variety and quality of food are exceptional, to not even mention experiencing world class dinner prepared by a Michelin Chef. Will definitely use InterContinental again

The hotel was impressively clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmood and Mr. Hassan for their outstanding service.
