Booking the right hotel has always been part of our travel itinerary. Schloss, Zermatt is definitely a must try. It is located just across the main train station, 3mins away from the gornegratt railway, 10mins away from sunnega blauherd station. The main road where everything is from shops, to restaurants, and grocery is just a couple of minutes away. The facilities are amazing with a heated pool, a spa, a big balcony, and a working fridge. Breakfast choices are more than enough and are real good. Plus all room booking include afternoon tea. The staff are lovely and courteous. This hotel is worth every penny.

The hotel is excellent - ideally located, with spotless rooms, a delicious breakfast, and friendly, attentive staff. The on-site restaurant is also outstanding and very family-friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was great. Some examples: getting us from the Zermatt train station (and back at the end), the cleaning of the rooms every day, the breakfast, the kindness of the entire staff, the massages and the spa (the pool!), the views, the comfort of the beds. They really found the perfect mix of hotel and apartment, and it made for a great vacation. Thank you! We hope to come back.

The apartment was amazing with everything we needed. Spa area was excellent as well as the bar and the cigar room! Big Thanks to Pablo and the whole team for always being available with our requests. Anna the property manager, Phillip the shuttle driver, and Kevin, and everybody in the hotel or kitchen are all kind and respectful, they work together in harmony to make sure you and your companions have fun and enjoy an unforgettable experiences from delicious food to activities. The apartments are very new, modern and comfortable. The kitchen has all kind of things, including fondue pot! The bathrooms were big and clean. The staff was always very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp, making our stay easier. The bus stop to go to Saas fee it's just 2 min walking from the apartments. The ski room is very accessible and big.

Set in Verbier and with Mont Fort reachable within 10 km, Hôtel de Verbier SUP offers concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi throughout the property and a restaurant. Had a phenomenal stay at Hotel de Verbier. The property felt like a cosy chalet, with beautiful rooms and the perfect spa for post-ski relaxation. It is located right at the centre of town, which is a short walk to the main ski lift. The ski room was great and the staff were so helpful and catered to our every request. I also enjoyed the products in the rooms which were high quality. I have previously stayed at a 5* hotel in Verbier, however this was even better and worth every penny. Felt right at home, and will be definitely coming back when in Verbier again!
