Everything, the atmosphere provided by Rafa the manager and all the team including Miguel that took us safely with hourses to the amazing trip and view of Cotopaxi. The rooms, the little details, the special SPA and overall the opportunity to get to know the area and it's amazing people. We participated in a cooking class that we will do at home, we went to the SPA and also had a very good massage. The place was newly renovated. It was spectacular, with a lot of attention to detail in every single suite. The location was in the heart of Santa Clara Plaza, in the center of the historical city. And the staff was super nice. I arrived about 8 AM, and they checked me in. The food was great, tailored to your needs, with a personal chef. The place was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed.
