It is our second time at the Nautilux Crete. The first time we became in love with everything. The beauty of the Hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very new and well maintained. The staff is the best. Always with a smile on the face. We love the minimalism and modern design of this Hotel. The beach. The view. The service at the pool and at the beach. The food is amazing. This time we receive an upgrade and the suite with the jacuzzi was wonderful. We just have good things to share with the others. Absolutely nothing to complain.

The resort overlooks the sea and has stunning, staggered rooms in a minimalist, clean aesthetic. We enjoyed the great service from their friendly staff who were helpful and attentive. Beach access is great and as hotel guests, we got to enjoy the sunbeds for free. We had a double room with a shared pool and great views. The room was well equipped with toiletries, a Nespresso machine, bath robes and slippers. The nightly themed menu at the restaurant was varied and we didn't get tired of what was on offer. The variety was excellent for a buffet-style menu and the ingredients were fresh. The drinks selection was extensive and we enjoyed the different, tasty cocktails. A special shout out to all the staff that made our stay wonderful. Katia at the hotel restaurant who was always cheerful and paid attention to detail. Andreas, Kaia and team at the beach bar who took great care of us while we enjoyed our time by the beach. Stelios at the pool bar who served us amazing cocktails, always with a smile on his face. Ioanna who helped at the pool bar and was so sweet. Anna at the reception who answered all our questions and gave us insightful information. The staff truly made our stay that much more amazing.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The resort is designed for beauty and tranquillity so very soothing and pampering. The spa pool is open at no cost. Meals can be taken in the privacy of your own room or in the restaurant or lovely deck overlooking Chania. Costs for meals were very reasonable and coffee complimentary. Breakfast was fun and delicious. It was made to order and very generous.

The all inclusive is the best out of a lot of resorts, staff are ever so friendly and our room was stunning. The dinner buffet had a lot of options and the food was very good!

Built in 1925 and classified as a monument, the GDM Megaron is located in the heart of Heraklion, overlooking the old Venetian port and within walking distance of all the major sights of the city. Super friendly kind hearted reception at arrival. Our rooms were spacious, superior furnishings with all the amenities one could ask for in the bathroom and in the kitchen nook. In all our years of travel we have never experienced a combination of warm heartedness coupled with professionalism and genuine friendliness in one. From the reception to the staff at breakfast we were met with happiness. The cleaning staff we’re especially forthcoming and kind. Our views from our room facing the harbour was outer worldly. Panoramic views of the Harbour, the Port, the Ocean and the ancient walls kept us in awe. We watched the sun set and each morning we were filled with excited anticipation of the new ships in the harbour. And this all with never hearing a sound from outside unless we opened the terraces doors and windows. Totally soundproof. We thoroughly enjoyed five star treatment in this hotel.
