The cleanliness of the entire property was truly impressive, and the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout my visit. I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel director (Mr. Francesco) for the warm welcome extended to my family. I greatly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, the late checkout until 2 PM—which was very convenient for my late flight—and the personal assistance in guiding us to our room while explaining all the room’s features and amenities. This thoughtful hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

The bathroom was state-of-the-art, featuring high-end fixtures, excellent water pressure, and a modern design that felt truly luxurious. The location is outstanding — centrally situated and within easy walking distance of key attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite being in such a lively area, the suites were remarkably quiet and peaceful; even during busy hours, we did not hear outside noise. Overall, it offered the perfect balance of luxury, convenience, and tranquility.
