Special thanks to the lovely lady with braided hair who welcomed us warmly each morning at the breakfast restaurant—her friendliness truly stood out. We also deeply appreciated the doorman on duty on the mornings of April 10th and 11th, who was exceptionally kind and attentive, always checking if we needed assistance, an umbrella, or help booking a taxi.

The views of the colosseum and the Vittoriano from the rooftop bar are also spectacular.

What we valued the most was customer approach and super nice communication with Renata. Due to our flight delay we did had check in after 8 pm and Renata waited for us to let us in. Location is very convenient - metro station is close by if you want to reach old center and Vatican is 15 min away by foot. Room is convenient and comfortable, fully equipped with toiletries and water/juice. There was also some snacks in the fridge and tea/coffee with pastries. We did had small nice balcony coming with a room -perfect for breakfast. Size of the room was good for our 2 nights stay. Nice experience, really good value for price paid and extremely customer-centric approach. Very easy communication with Renata over WhatsApp.

The Spanish Steps are 500 metres from the property. We were welcomed by Umberto, a very hospitable and friendly receptionist, I personally loved everything from the hotel’s minimalist interior, location, friendliness of staff, and great service. Everyone in front desk was so courteous and attentive.

Modern and fully equipped, rooms at the Horti 14 Borgo Trastevere Hotel come with air conditioning, free WiFi, a minibar and flat-screen TV. All rooms include slippers, and some also provide bathrobes. People at this hotel, receptionists, cleaning staffs and restaurant staffs are fantastic. They accommodated my requests so willingly. Also the foods at the breakfast buffet are great: very simple but great qualities.
