Luxury Hotels in Rome

The property staff were so incredibly helpful! This was our favorite place we stayed in Italy. Great room, view, & air conditioning!

Excellent location within walking distance to the restaurants, shops, coliseum etc. The apartment had plenty of room for our party. Our host Carlotta was wonderful, met us at the location, let us in and showed us the apartment.

Everything was like it was in the pictures. Very clean, organized and simple! The beds were comfortable too. The location was also amazing, all of the attractions were very close by. The Colosseo, Panthenon and Fontana di Trevi was all only a short walk away! Same with some really good restaurants and cafés. And even the Vatican was about a 30min walk away. The hoast was very communacative and ready to accomadate you! Overall a very positive experiene!

Great location and staff exceeded expectations

The location was amazing. It is very easy to go from the apartment to anywhere in the Roma area. It is right across from the Trevi fountain. And 10 minute walk to the Colloseum, Pantheon and other sights. The private terrace gives you one of the most beautiful views over Rome.

This hotel is simply different. Cozy, feel like home type of hotel and service. Polite people, easy mode, lobby like a big living room with all the beautiful noices from casual chats. I like the way how they positioned themselves as something I wish to comeback to. Everyone is chill and yet professional. Very interesting and cool.

Clean, comfortable, great location, super friend staff, excellent value.

Very nice hotel. The exterior is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and simple. The Hotel staff is absolutely exceptional.

The property was in a perfect location to connect with day trips, very close to a Metro station, near Piazza Pobolo and close to restaurants.

Perfect location, the room is so beautiful and clean. Olga was very kindly and helpful with all our needs. It’s a perfect place to stay to know Rome.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kosmo Rome Luxury From the moment I arrived, the experience was flawless. The room itself is beautifully maintained, and comfortable that offered a peaceful retreat after a long day. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was spotless and well-organized. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone .I will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this fantastic apartment hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The place is brand new, with a modern and spacious design that feels like a true home away from home. The rooms are incredibly roomy, offering plenty of space to relax and settle in, which is hard to find in a lot of hotels. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore all the sights, shops, and dining spots nearby. The staff here is genuinely welcoming and eager to help with any questions or needs. They also offer a lovely buffet with snacks available all day - a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, style, and top-notch service. Can’t wait to come back!

Staff was on point with recommendations and general assistance. Because it was Christmas time, my seven-year-old had a Christmas memory of having gifts under the tree. Everyone made us feel noticed.

The room was roomy and very comfortable modern facilities

The hotel is located within a short walking distance from Line B subway station and not far from Termini. There are also useful bus lines nearby (including going towards Vatican). The area is mainly residential but with many reasonably priced restaurants around. The adjacent streets are not noisy, but busy with passersby even before midnight, which gives a feeling of safety. The building itself looks very nice (constructed in the 1920s?) and has high ceilings, which is good in hot period. The reception staff was very helpful and booked for us a restaurant and called a taxi. While they have their own list of suggested restaurants, this tends to reflect the quality of those establishments. The room was not particularly remarkable, but spacious and comfortable. We did not hear any disturbing noise from the street below or other rooms. The sanitary facilities were well-kept and the cleaning was done well. A water bottle per guest per day was complimentary in the room - a small but pleasant detail (as well as some Easter chocolate after arriving on Easter Monday). The breakfast was fabulous both in terms of diversity and service. The hotel has made a very smart choice in offering their guests individualized service while minimizing food waste inherent to the usual buffet breakfasts. While there was a buffet table, customized orders were taken by the waitresses (who were very efficient and cordial). As an example, freshly squeezed juice was served by default and the juice offered on the buffet table were high quality. The hotel is not very big, so the breakfast area was not overloaded by people and the service was prompt. Overall, the hotel was worth the money spent - its comfort helped us to recuperate from our daily busy tourist schedule.

Great experience- I don’t usually leave reviews but they were very fast at accepting my reservation (booked at 11p for the morning after!) and were kind enough to allow me for an early check in with limited notice. That was a life saver! Not everyone does that, so it’s worth letting people know. Great experience overall and great value for money.

Loncation, very clean, very nice room. Everything was perfect

Everything, amazing hotel, great food, tennis courts, tennis lessons, great location, beautiful view

The room was really nice and its location was just perfect - close to Vatican and to the main tourist areas in Rome. They cleaned our room every day and even changed our towels even though we stayed for only 4 days. They even left the AC on after cleaning, so when we came to the room, it was chilly (which was just perfect considering it was really hot outside all days - about 37 C every day). They also gave us one bottle of wine in the room to enjoy at no cost. One thing to mention - the breakfast was at a place nearby, and you only get one coffee (not necessarily a cappuccino) and one croissant - delicious.

I am rarely pleasantly surprised - Parisii is what make simplicity perfect. Everything neatly in its place, everything works with thought behind it. Better stay than most 5 star hotels. Thank you

Very clean, staff is nice and warm! Completely recommend!!
