Opened in September 2018, this hotel is situated next to the Storo Storcenter shopping centre, between the Storo and Nydalen neighborhoods of Oslo, about 5 km from the city centre. The hotel is located away from the city center but access to public transport was very easy. The room was large and very comfortable. All the personnel was kind and very helpful, they assisted us right away in every request. The breakfast was excellent, all products of high quality, with a chef and assistants always fillng each item. It was a very pleasant stay.

Big and spacious. Good enough for 8 of us. Very near to groceries store and tram station is just few steps away. Do note that the house is on the third floor but it’s not that hard. Feels like 2 flights of stairs only. There is washer dryer, hair dryer, iron, vacuum, tv and lots of pillows. The host is very responsive and helpful.

We felt truly welcomed by Natalia, who was so kind and helpful. The apartment immediately felt like home – clean, beautifully designed, and with everything we needed. Its location couldn’t be better: close to the Munch Museum, Opera House, and Deichman Bjørvika, and surrounded by nice restaurants, shops, plus a lovely ice cream place we really enjoyed. Staying here made our time in Oslo extra special. Absolutely 10/10!

Lysebu Hotel is located at Tryvannshøyden Hill above Oslo, 750 metres from the Voksenkollen metro station. Their nice hospitality and their kind upgrade they did on their own, I loved the nice view of the woods.
