The Funny Lion - Coron boasts of an outdoor swimming pool, an open air bath featuring natural views, and dining options on-site, this 4-star resort is 1.5 km from Mount Tapyas and 6.5 km from Kayangan... Everyone was utterly charming and friendly, so many lovely little touches. Property was beautiful, breakfast great and the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel in Coron.

Check-in was easy, the staff were attentive without being intrusive, and any questions we had were handled quickly. It gave us more time to focus on enjoying the town, the food, and the island vibe rather than worrying about logistics. Staying here made it very easy to enjoy El Nido slowly, whether that meant wandering around town, relaxing in the evenings, or simply taking things day by day without rushing. It’s the kind of place that quietly supports your trip in the background, and that made a big difference for us. We left feeling very positive about our time here and would happily choose this place again on a future visit.
