Centrally located along the Chicago River in the famous Loop business district, this hotel features in-room spa services, and a 24-hour gym. Location was amazing. Everything was a walking distance and I barely needed an Uber. We literally walked everywhere and I don't regret not renting a car at all. Loved the free coffee machine and popcorn. The room is very spacious and the view is amazing on the Chicago River and the built-in window bench is phenomenal.

I love this hotel. The location is ideal because it is just a bit out of they way from the craziness of the Magnificent Mile but still within a walkable distance. Staff is kind and helpful and the neighborhood is full of eateries and good vibes.

Loved staying at the Kasa! Great location. 10-15 minute walk to all the attractions by the river! Lots of great restaurants to choose from in the areas with various range in price. Magnificent Mile was 2-3 blocks away on Michigan Avenue and the Riverwalk at the of of Michigan Avenue. Lots of great amenities in the condo, a full fridge, stove, coffee maker, tea kettle, washer and dryer and everything you need to cook if you so choose. Whole foods was across the street, very convenient to buy a few staples, wine and spirits. 711 was also close by for late night stop for milk, bread, etc. Bed was so comfortable! Bathroom had great water pressure and water temperature was ralky nice. Liked doing laundry before leaving so can pack clean clothes in luggage and not have to do laundry when we got back home. Liked having coffee and tea available along with milk/sugar, nice touch. Front desk security staff were really nice and friendly and gave great recommendations for sights to see and restaurants to visit! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Kasa.

The stay was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were extremely polite and professional. I also benefited from the airport shuttle service, which was very convenient.

Location. Right across the street from Wrigley Field. Short walk to my event at The Old Vic Theatre. Felt like safe neighborhood. Restaurant had great food and good drinks.
