We stayed at this beautiful hotel for Untold festival and I got to say this hotel blew my mind! The whole property is new, clean and immaculately spotless! Service was impeccable at the onset of our checking in. The counter staff are friendly and helpful. One incident to note was that we drove and our car was too long and luckily a kind gentleman rushed out to the carpark lift to stop us in time, and directed us to park at the sidewalk instead. Breakfast is amazing - a decent spread of eggs (my favourite), fruits galore (it’s their peach and prune season), cheeses (I lost count.. was it 10, 15 types?), and cakes (another one I lost count, but who’s counting 😊..the cheesecake, cream puff and brownies are to die for). The service crew (in particular the beautiful and friendly blonde Romanian lady who wished us a great time at Untold) greeted us and were attentive to our needs. The room was comfortable, and very clean. Pillows are fluffy yet solid. The toilet is clean and spotless. There was an unblocked view from the window which allowed us to see the chapel across the skyline.
