Everything was amazing. The location is excellent, close to the metro station, making it easy to reach anywhere. The receptionists and restaurant staff were super attentive and helpful, especially a gentleman at the reception who arranged transportation cars, provided restaurant recommendations, and patiently answered all the questions we had during our stay.

Mercure Roma Centro Saint John is an impressive building 200 metres from Manzoni Metro Station on line A, and 15 minutes' walk from the Coliseum. Rooms are air-conditioned and WiFi is free throughout.... I can't remember the name, but person who worked at the reception December 4th night-morning was super friendly and warm, he had time to chat with us, he was genuine. Rooms small, but clean with good bathroom. Cleaning staff works good. Breakfast is good. Just a good hotel, nothing very good about it, but also not bad.
