There were no written instructions about use of the TV and also the CD player. There was insufficent cutlery provided, the shower was basic and hard to adjust. There was sachets of shampoo or conditioner provided. The sheets were hard and the pillows also hard. The outdoors furniture was shabby and weathered and looked dilapidated.
