Windows and view were great, natural light and relaxing music throughout. The tub was big and relaxing, and the rain shower all made the short trip feel comfortable. Although I didn’t need it, the balcony view was nice. Especially appreciated the facilities and little touches to make it child and family friendly - the big ball pit playground and slide, the toy car area was very enjoyable for my son, ice cream at check in and balloon at check out. If our kid has fun, then it makes the stay much more pleasant. Staff were very attentive and helpful. I needed to leave for work several times and even early in the morning. They always answered my questions and helped call a cab promptly.
