We were allowed an early check-in, which we needed. One of the office staff was good. We were given a different room when the first room was not acceptable.

I've stayed here a few times and it was nice but this last time was horrible. They didn't give me the room I booked instead they gave me a room that was dirty with no towels the bed was so hard the shower nobe was broken I got burnt by the hot water the door didn't lock and the TV was broken like someone hit it plus the wires where sliced ivent to tell to owner and she said she can't do anything I asked for a different room and they said they where booked but on line you could still book a room in was not offered a discount or anything o couldn't wait to leave in the morning
