United StatesI .checked out because the bathroom smelled like pee. I asked at the desk for toilet brush and they didn't have one. the room hadn't been dusted in awhile..I checked out on the 11th. I had to pay thru the 15th. booking.com said they were very sorry for my inconvenience. Butt no refund would be given. I've spent over $7500 going thru booking.com since June. I want my money back.
