I received a voicemail while I was enroute via plane to the hotel that they no longer had a room for me and my reservation was canceled. I was traveling from Las Vegas,NV to Greensboro, NC with my 12 ur old Grandson to see my 84 yr old Father who was in the Hospital. So imagine how shocked I was to get to my layover to hear this msg. Not knowing where I would stay especially to my surprise knowing there was some kind of sports event that most likely caused me to lose my room. Wow money over humanity what a poor company standard, putting someone traveling that far with a child in such a situation.
