Staff were respectful of our desire to not have the room cleaned after 1st night (due to us emptying our suitcases and trying to repack) right off the highway so easy access. Parking was great. Lots of security cameras so felt safe. Breakfast was limited but good!

Conveniently located just off US Highway 60, this motel features free Wi-Fi access. A cable TV is provided in each room at Friona Inn. The rooms also include a microwave and refrigerator. My work responsibilities require overnights in Friona at least once or twice a year, and I always stay at the Friona Inn. The rooms are immaculately clean and well maintained, and the family that owns the property are lovely people -- warm and welcoming, with outstanding customer service. Finding safe and reliable small-town lodging can sometimes be a challenge, and I am so grateful for the exceptional option that the Friona Inn provides. They're a gem.
