Being very close to the station was very important as it was very cold and windy. Good hotel with good facilities and nice breakfast.

The Japanese room style was very comfortable. There was also a nice sun-room-like sitting area. The food was great and they were able to accommodate for ovo-lacto vegetarian diet. Everyone was very attentive and polite. The location was excellent and has easy access to the busstop and Hell's Valley. Having a private bath was great!

Perfect place for my family trip. Located in a quiet neighbourhood but yet still nearby to local restaurants. Jigokudani is about 15-20mins drive away Everything in the house is comfortable especially the massage chair & hot bath. Kitchen is complete & utensils are plentiful Owner is very communicative with clear instruction on check in

Excellent hotel! It’s huge. Like a mall inside! It’s organized, check out at 10:00, check in at 2:00 pm. The room was big and clean. Ceremony of tea provided. Also they give traditional Japanese clothing for moving inside the hotel and it feels like being in a Japanese town, everyone dressed alike. Onsen is amazing, each pool with different minerals and temperatures. You can walk to Hell Valley bc the hotel is steps away. Japanese excellence all the way. Staff were attentive and helpful all the time. Absolutely amazing.

the staff here are very friendly. They went out to greet us even when it was heavily snowing. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The onsen was quiet and clean. I enjoyed a lot when staying in the onsen and seeing the snow fall.

Even though the property is about 5-8 mins taxi drive from Noboribetsu Sta. the hotel actually also offer free shutter both way which is very convenient to do sightseeing. The hotel also has a public bath and game center, it is really a heart-warming sight to see the local family come by to hang out and spend time together. For those who want a break from the busy city but still have access to great sightseeing spots I really recommend Kojohama Spa Hotel.

Located in Hokkaido’s famous Noboribetsu hot spring areas, adex Inn is a 14-minute drive from JR Noboribetsu Station. Guests staying can soak in the hot spring bath.

- Very large and clean room, the hotel was recently renovated. - Great location, especially if you want to visit Jigokudani Valley in early morning. - The bakery in the lobby offers tasty baguettes and other pastries, the smell in the morning is amazing. - The staff in the bakery was helpful with the checkin process, kudos to them.

we stayed in a room with a private sulfur bath. room is super nice and modern. had a night of luxury. throughly enjoyed our stay. we also went to the public bath to check it out and there are sooo many baths it was great!
