What impressed me most was the assistance of the service staff I happened to meet a young girl from Taiwan who helped us with the language barrier and was very patient in helping us translate and solve the problem! There was also a young Japanese boy who helped us with the hot spring temperature and finally helped us carry our luggage to the shuttle bus. I was very impressed by his perfect service.

Absolutely stellar dinner and breakfast was awesome. The hotel itself is old but there is so much character to it. Highlight of the trip for sure
