So convenient next to Hakata train station with lots of places to eat nearby. Beautiful lobby quite new hotel. Long outdoor pool as well as sauna & steam rooms. Comfortable bed with medium sized room. Good bathroom. Very polite & efficient staff.

I really liked this place. Everything was nice cozy and very clean. The staff was welcoming and nice, the futon bed was comfortable, the onsen was nice and relaxing for the evening. Also they provide really good green tea in a room and a complimentary freshly brewed coffee in the morning which is a nice touch.☕ Thanks for the hospitality!

Very nice room, good Service with tips what to do in beppu. The pictures don't do the room justice. The stay itself was just lovely. I recommened to stay for the beppu onsen matsuri.
