It's very comfortable staying in the hotel. it's located in a very convenient location too, we walk to all the places we wanted to visit in the Aomori city.

The location and facility of ReLabo is great, and staff here are really helpful and warm. Public transportation during winter in Aomori could be challenging for visitors, and you can always get help from the hotel. I would like to express thanks for all the helpful staff, especially Araki (not entirely sure I spell the name right, she is a lovely girl with curly hair and glasses, speak perfect English), who helped us book a taxi in a very urgent situation. The staff, food, location and room were all exceptional. I would recommend this ryokan to anyone wanting an exceptional ryokan experience. The onsen was also fantastic and the warmest one we came across in our month in Japan.

What a cool place! There were so many opportunities to taste the beer that was brewed locally on-site. From the drinks bar at check-in to the tasting room open all day to the all-you-can-drink plan at dinner, the hotel was really quite generous with their liquid offerings. Even non-drinkers are accommodated with plenty of alcohol-free options. We also liked that they had multiple private baths on site. The main onsen were also quite nice. The food was fantastic and the beef served at dinner was some of the best I've had.

The dinner was amazing - there was a station where the staff prepares a small dish on the spot for you. The onsen was eye-opening to say the least. It is located beside a stream / forest, and it was refreshing to soak in the onsen while listening to the stream flow by.

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Okawaso offers accommodation in Aizuwakamatsu, 13 km from Aizu Higashiyama Onsen. Each room at this ryokan is air conditioned and comes with a TV. We had an incredible stay here: the ryokan is impressive (especially the arrival with the person playing the shamisen), very beautiful, the food excellent and adaptable (we took vegetarian meals), the establishment is child-friendly (e.g. yukata at their sizes, arrival kits, high chairs and adapted cutlery), the room is magnificent and very suitable for a family. A bookable shuttle service is in place and works very well, allowing us to leave and arrive from Aizu Wakamatsu station. We also reserved the outdoor bath for private use: incredible! The staff is adorable and helpful: thank you very much!

Tokinenoyado Yunushi Ichijoh is situated in the Kamasaki Onsen district in Shiroishi, a 15-minute drive from Shiroishi Station and Shiroishi-Zao Station. everything exceeds my expectations

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. I had dietary needs which they had no problem in changing the set menu for me. Their food was really tasty. The onsen pools were quite small but I appreciated the large sauna and cold water plunge. I would really recommend this hotel.
