Very attentive staff. They remembered we don't take caffeine and offered caffeine free options every time. The food was great and plentiful and the Onsen very relaxing. The Koi pond is lovely and you could even feed the fish.

Our room had it's own outdoor bath and view of the river. Sitting in hot water and watching snow falling was spectacular. The meals were average onsen fare.

The staff were very kind (allowing us to leave our luggage for the day), and the onsen was really relaxing! The location was excellent as well (only a few minutes walk from the station). Lastly, the hotel offered everything you need (from toothbrushes, to coffee and pajamas). Incredible value for the price!

The hotel’s location is excellent—just steps away from Mizuki Road. After dinner, you can easily take a walk to look for traces of Kitaro, which is really fun. The hotel is very clean, with good facilities, and the staff are attentive and friendly. They also offer complimentary ramen and ice cream for guests to enjoy after using the onsen at night. Both breakfast and dinner are of high quality and offer great value for money. Highly recommended.

From their complimentary to/from pickup from Kurayoshi Station, from check in to checkout, all were amazing. The staffs, while they don’t speak English, are very warm and tried their best to speak with me through translator app. I also had the best meals there in all of my stays in Japan. The location is also situated in the most strategic area of Misasa right at the bridge and the Onsen outdoor. I’ll surely be back.

Our entire family loved the meals. Although I had some concerns about buffet-style dining, we were blown away by the quality, diversity and quantity of fantastic food. This was not clearly like any buffet I have ever known back home!

Tọa lạc ở Tottori, cách Tottori Sand Dunes 7.2 km, Ryokan Marumo nhìn ra khu vườn. Super friendly and highly professional staff. Breakfast and Dinner were well-prepared and very delicious. The Onsen felt so comforting after a long winter day. Overall the Ryokan feels like "home" so we would definitely like to return someday. Thank you for the experience!

It was more fancy than I thought it would be, truly amazing. The Japanese style room and the public bathing area were both a fantastic experience. Close to the beach, with quite a few restaurants and stores around, direct bus to the station. There's a fridge, a kettle, some welcome teas and snacks, and a yukata for after the bath! They have three sizes. Highly recommend.
