-The hostess was extremely welcoming, accommodating, and answered my messages quickly - I'd requested to get a specific room and for a late check out, and she granted us both as she had the availability. -The hostess also gave us ideas of things to do in the area. -She had no issues with the dog, and in fact really enjoyed his presence. -The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was big and good, and there was room in the dining area to play board games (she also had plenty of her own to share), and to grab drinks or tea (that were available for a fee).

Place and area was quite and beautiful. Room was spacious and more than enough for 2 people. Staff was friendly. Separate bathroom was uncomfortable.

The owner is really nice and talkative. We were staying in the pension with our 3 little kids and there were no problem with them even though they were a bit noisier. We really liked the room. The beds are very comfortable. Even the bed for kids was very comfortable. Internet connection was very good and fast, one of the best I have experienced in hotels/pensions.

The chalet is cozy and adorable, it has a lot of character. As an apartment it is well equipped and has plenty of space for luggage. The Präbichl ski resort is a three minute drive from the chalet, and there are several options for grocery shopping in the nearby towns (within a 15 kilometer radius). We didn’t have a lot of experience with wood burning stoves before, but the host was very helpful and kindly answered all our questions. She even started the evening fire for us when we were away snowboarding! It was also a nice surprise that there was underfloor heating in the bathroom and an infrared heating panel in the dining area, which kept the inside temperature above 15 degrees even when the stove was not in use. There was also a clothesline stretched near the stove so we could easily dry our clothes and snowboard gear overnight. All in all, we couldn’t possibly wish for a better accommodation for a winter holiday, we had an excellent time here! ✨

I want to write you big thanks for the modern and convenient apartment we booked. Outside, it seemed like something unusual, but when you entered the room you felt only beauty, calmness, and cosines. It’s up-today flat with all the comfortable necessities you need. Only best recommendation.
