Location, location, location... Rudi and Avalon were the bestest host you dream for. They took us on the grand tour of Palm Beach, provided a personalized healthy breakfast each morning,, Avalon's homemade granola was fit for a king. The tops was having breakfast with birds. You will have to experience it to believe it. Absolutely amazing. The place was clean and comfortable. The decor was like being in a museum with Rudi's and Avalon's design and decor. Again amazing. Upstairs game room was fitted with two marvelous massage chairs with personalized balcony view of the Pacific Ocean. Only a 10 -15 minute walk to Palm Beach's beach and another stimulating journey to the top of Palm Beach Lighthouse. The tropical rainforest canopy was filled the delightful sounds of the beautiful birds of Australia. Fantastic experience fit for royalty. Avalon's parting gift of her secret recipe of granola topped a wonderful end to our New Zealand and Australia holiday vacation. Thanks again to Rudi and Avalon.

This is a really well set up, stocked, comfortable, spacious house. The rear garden is the focal point and is a bit Japanese in style, serene and lovely. Everything worked and there was plenty of space for everyone. Everyone loved the spa.

Great comfortable place, with water views, seems newly renovated with clean finishes and furniture. Great outdoor entertaining area which is covered so it's good even in the rain. While there are some nice local cafes and restaurants (short drive), Avalon beach was probably the best place to try out.

This place is amazing! I fully recommend to have a weekend trip here, the place is lovely, with 2 amazing host that prepare the most amazing breakfast daily. They have their own fruits and veggies that taste so fresh! I recommend to have dinner here, Rosemary does an amazing job with her own recipes! But not only the food is good, the bed was one of the most comfortable bed I have been! So difficult to wake up early, you would just want to stay in bed! The place is clean and tidy, if you need anything your host would always help you. I want to come back already!

It was clean & tidy. Most of all very peaceful & quiet. We loved the pool areas & most of all my kids loved the kid’s activities & craft & everything, games, movies, it was very throughout. The days went so slow & went by smoothly with no fuss at all. Wi-Fi wasn’t that great to get connected. They let us borrow dvd as the rain was very heavy on arrival. They also got my daughter a little gift as we were coming for her bday. So thank you so much! ❤️we appreciated it so much!
