The staff was awesome! It starts with Mr. Carlos Makato. The manager of the staff. Honestly, he should be the hotel manager! Together with his team Amanda, Eduardo, Heloisa, Westley ( in alphabetical order @ reception) Solange, Cassie keep the place spotless. The 4 people that take care of the rooms I believe lead by Bete. The hotel is new! The exercise room and swimming pool are great. location is great. You can reserve the executive room if you want. Secure location. Subway and Mall nearby.

Fantastic location if you have a concert at the Unimed. The breakfast was out of this world. The kitchen staff was so kind and fantastic. They ask you how would you like your eggs or other food and they will bring it to you. The buffet was so good too!! Already miss the breakfast!

You can buy breakfast at the hotel, totally worth it. Location is perfect if you need to be around Paulista Avenue. Valet parking paid by day is not too bad considering the area.

    It's pretty close to the metro and is in the center of the city. The personnel is nice and helpful. The room was very nice with a balcony and very clean. The hotel also have a indoor parking for a fee.

    Here it goes the list of what I think is good: - The building offers a free parking lot, super helpful if your have a car - Localization is almost perfect with various supermarkets and a mall really close - The staff is charming - There is a fully functional kitchen which is really helpful if you do not want to live eating restaurant food - the microwave is really helpful
