Highly recommended.. it was an ordinary day, so twas quiet. the parking, tho not free ($20), was spacious. The staff was courteous, friendly and very accommodating. The place has high ceilings, spacious room and huge bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped - fridge, toaster, coffee market, kettle, microwave and flat top stove. It has also China plates etc. Buy paper goods if you don't want to wash plates.

Staff are very friendly and polite, we came by car at 9 pm - no issues at all. Our room was upgraded to this huge room , really. The complementary hot/cold beverages that was always opened was great. 10 minutes walk from the falls it's a good location for a place that doesn't offer view to the falls. I do recommend this hotel and will return if I am in the area.

The place is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the falls, the room is spacious and very well equipped, there is parking for a car. The house has all the necessary equipment, a coffee machine and lots of other things, an excellent breakfast with a varied menu to choose from, but the best thing of all that I mentioned is Diana, the owner of the place. Diana is very generous, warm and helpful with good advice. She makes cakes and cookies every day and makes sure to put a variety of cans of drinks in the fridge. In summary, this is the best place we have experienced so far on our six-night trip in the United States and Canada. Highly recommend the place. Score 10

Very cozy place nearby Clifton Hill. I didn't have a car, but everything works fine. You can reach WEGO Bus Station in 10 min walk. Breakfast option was amazing too!

I am glad that we chose the Redwood B&B while visiting Niagara. We liked our room and balcony plus we were allowed to use a huge living room and fridge in the living room. Breakfest were very tasty and planty. We had our privacy, but if needed we could always contact the Redwood owners. The owners were in touch with us and checking on our preferred breakfest time each evening. There was also no problem with parking. Lots of space to park your car. We can only recommend.

    great location, could park the car and leave it there for the entire stay, easily getting around walking. Enjoyed the swimming pools, spa, and sauna - nice and quiet when we were there. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Arrived on a packed out Saturday afternoon but the hotel staff were fantastic at guiding us to the included car parking and finding an available spot.

    Ted is a great host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The manor is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place and has everything you need (even disposable slippers for guests). There are also free parking lots at the back and side of the house. Breakfast includes bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, juice and coffee. We really enjoyed them that he made it on the spot. Would definitely stay here again!

    Great location only minutes from the falls and other attractions, there is a car park at the rear of the hotel which provided free parking. We arrived between 10 and 11pm but were still able to check in with no difficulties.
