The staff were extremely professional, friendly but also respecting privacy. I travelled with my german shepard, and experienced one of the doggie friendliest hotel. Bed, bowls and even a beefstick provided. I wasn’t corrected for letting my dog walk with no leash. But since my dog walks next to me at all times, i don’t see the need. Again they used common sense which shows the professionality of this establishment. The Beau Rivage is extremely clean, but I do expect that in places like this. But what really gave a signature to their cleanliness is the poolwater. It is fresh, clean and steril in smell. I would like to fantasize they use pure glacier water, at least I felt like that in comparison to like every other Hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and well-maintained. The villa is incredibly spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms that offered plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which was a big plus for me. You could tell the owners put a lot of effort into maintaining the property. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, this villa offers everything you need for a memorable experience. Place, villa, cleanliness, location, hospitality. The view from the villa is scenic, mountains with snow. Self-cooking facility is there, outside dining area is really awesome. Big Bedrooms, Clean and hygienic bathrooms.

The owner was great and very friendly. The location was a close walk to the train station as well into the downtown area with shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and slept our family of 5. The chocolate store in town is amazing!

The view of the mountains is fantastic and the building/room is super modern and very clean. The free bus pass that also doubles as a discount pass for certain activities on the Interlaken/Thun area is also a great touch and makes travel by bus all the easier and at no extra cost. When doing activities mention the card to save some money before paying for the activity such as visiting Thun Castle. There was also a fan included within the room which made up for not having control over air conditioning or an overhead fan. The owner who's phone number can be accessed via WhatsApp is also very kind and responsive. She was wonderful!

Roomy family friendly apartment. Very clean and owner friendly and very accommodating. For six we all had beds with three separate bedrooms. Little kitchen with the essentials. Large living/ dining room all with beautiful views.

Our stay was fantastic, largely thanks to Michele, the super helpful and hospitable host. The apartment's great location meant we could walk to every spot, and the quiet community made for a peaceful stay. The apartment itself is surprisingly bigger than the photos suggest, easily accommodating our team of four amateur athletes with plenty of room and comfortable beds. The kitchen was incredibly helpful, fully stocked with all the necessary kitchenware. A huge bonus was the Nespresso coffee machine, which prepared great coffee for our morning shots!

Great location. Within walking distance of downtown. Loved the nearby market. Very grateful for the air conditioning too. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

It's a brand new apartment in Matten , which is a quiet place compare to Interlaken, and Coop supermarket is nearby , so you can cook by your own (the kitchenware is perfect there). For a 3-5 stay , I prefer stay in Matten more than Interlaken.

The property was in a beautiful and convenient location. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a beautifully updated bathroom.

Location was great. Walked from train station initially with suitcase. Later realized there are bus stops right outside of the apartment which were more convenient. We travelled between different summer heatwaves. It was warm, but not too hot. The hosts had already left 2 fans in the condo for use, which was great. We knew this was a small place from the photos, but intentionally booked it - wanting to be out & about while exploring interlaken.
