Loved the property, room was clean, AC and internet worked. Pizza is really good. Birding was great. Scarlet Macaws very entertaining.

Very modern and comfortable place. Apartments are located behind the automatic gate. All instructions come trough whatsap. Very easy and great!

Excellent breakfast, pool, view

The place is beautiful, such an amazing view! Our room was spacious and clean, the shower was huge, the beds were comfortable. Federico was very nice and helpful with everything we needed. The breakfast was really good too, and it was lovely to have our morning coffee with such a great view. Lots of monkeys too! The kids enjoyed the little pool and seeing the monkeys. The whole place felt like a piece of nature and we loved every minute of our stay.

Great value - close to many restaurants and punta Leona which offered day passes and wonderful food - pool was so refreshing - views were incredible - locals were so friendly - may tours available from Jaco

This property is peaceful, relaxing, and offers easy access to the pool, along with one of the best breakfasts you’ll ever have. The bed was incredibly comfortable—bigger than a California king—and the room was thoughtfully decorated with games and books. In the morning you can spot different birds and even catch a glimpse of local wildlife. The hosts were kind, warm, and very welcoming. They prepare breakfast themselves, and it truly feels more like a full brunch with how much they offer. We arrived late, and they generously helped us check in without any issue. This place deserves at least a full day to truly enjoy, especially for anyone who loves being close to nature. Highly recommend!

Las piscinas son increíbles y el interior de la casa es excepcional. Todo está muy cuidado y limpio, los jardines y la naturaleza crean una sensación de privacidad increíble. No hay vecinos y no se escucha nada en la noche. La seguridad es muy buena, ya que oficiales patrullan. Es muy fresco por la naturaleza y la ubicación cerca de san José es ideal.

Nice and clean rustic hostel, very safe and well located. Enjoyed a lot the swimming pool in a very hot day.

Location, but did not stay there, the place is horrible.

We did not stay at Cabinas Maritza. It was fully booked. They put us up at Hotel d’Lucia, which was a last minute change.

We had a great stay. The property is a little off the beaten path, which we enjoyed. It's very quiet and relaxing and the owner and other guests were very friendly. The pool is also very nice.

Owner was excellent to deal with and always available to answer all questions we had during our stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! We loved the view and the unit was well appointed and had all we needed and wanted!
