Mario is a great guy, very friendly and helpful, ready to explain everything in details. The place is a great value for money. It's located in a very calm and friendly area a bit far from touristic locations but it makes it more attractive in case you want to escape crowded places and relax more. If you have a car rented, it is very close to drive to the famous Ayia Napa beaches and also not far from Larnaca airport.

We were two families with five kids in total, and we rented two apartments. All of the apartments were new, very clean, and spacious—easily accommodating five people The service was truly exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly and warm; we felt like we were visiting family rather than staying at a hotel. The food was amazing and very affordable. We intentionally chose to eat only at the hotel during our stay, trying something different from the menu each time—and we were never disappointed.

I read all the comments before to visit this apartment and i was a bit worried. First of all apartment does exist and you can also use pools of Hotel So white and So nice. Location was perfect, nice quite area. Super clean apartment! Host very helpful! Everything was perfect for sure i will stay again there!! The dogs belong to the house near and are well behaved, also that house has a big fence all around. Personally they didnt bother my at all. The bedroom's cilling has little humidity but the owner is aware and does his best, if you keep day time windows open you wont even realize.

    I highly recommend! Very nice owner, waited until late hours to greet me. Welcome fruits delicious. Studio large and spacious, clean and tidy. On-site parking is at guests' disposal. Price very good

    It was a very nice and relaxing vacation. The host did everything to make us feel welcome but without being intrusive. Our plane landed pretty late into the night but we were given a warm welcome even though we reached the property at around 1:00 am. The property is quite spacious, especially the kitchen and living room. The Wi-Fi was stable which was very good since we also had to work. Only 15-20 min by car from Ayia Napa where we found some very beautiful beaches and places to hike. Plenty of space for parking the rented car.

    Very good, quiet location for a traveller with a car to explore the island. The most friendly and helpful host. All the necessary shops and facilities in the very near, very convenient. More than good size of the room and easy, free parking.
