There was so much to like about Gemma. The grounds were wonderful. Always kept clean and maintained. The pool was fabulous. Big and warm and full of activity. Meals were delicious. We loved the variety and choices. The freshly grilled fish and paella were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the Egyptian meal at alidino restaurant. Our housekeeper was so nice and always there to help. He left us treats and surprises. My husband got sick and there is a fabulous doctor on site. He sent us to hospital and the resort took care of the rides back and forth. They made it so much easier. Our room was big and had everything we needed.

The accommodation was truly stunning. We got upgraded to a premium room and the room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a large TV and great WiFi. (The TV didn’t connect to the internet properly for apps but we just watched the channels). The shower was a huge rain shower. There was a terrace which had lovely views of the sunrise. The food selection in the restaurants was amazing. The drinks and the cocktails were also great. There were 10 or so pools which were all great. The beach was also lovely and there was an area for snorkelling. The hotel is not quite finished so not everything was open yet, but what’s open already was more than fine. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived it was just before the end of lunchtime, and they took us straight to one of the restaurants on a golf cart so that we could eat before we got to our room. We got food poisoning shortly after arriving here (not sure from where) but the staff arranged free transfer to the next resort over where we went to the doctor and the driver waited for us for almost two hours when we were receiving care. (I think there will be a clinic on site but this hadn’t opened yet)

Everything was amazing. Pools are very relaxing, with a good bar. There is also a big jacuzzi . Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

Room is very spacious, rooftop is refreshing and a great place to see the sunrise on the sea. I love the fact that they use shower hose so I can finally use the shower filter I brought. The best thing here is the staff. I owe everything to the host. He is very welcoming and caring. He fixed all when I have probelm. Thanks Reef House This place is super clean and tidy with courteous staff. We loved the breakfast. check in was quick and efficient, we didn’t feel like waiting or asking questions about when we will get to the room as we usually facing this issue. Excellent AC, comfortable king bed, working UHD tv and all the essential and minimum necessities are there. perfect location which make you feel like you’re on the downtown however it’s quite and convenient.
