We went here one time before, and we really enjoyed that stay. Then, two months later, we went again, that's now. And it felt like coming home! What an amazing place, we love the village, the parking space feels real good and the way to get the key works well. It is an amazing place to stay, and you do not hear anything from outside wich is good, although it is already a quiet neighbourhood. All in all, I give it, again, a 10/10

The property was advertised as a nice place to live, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. The conditions inside the property were unacceptable and made us feel extremely uncomfortable, especially on the first day of our stay. We were appalled that the towels and the toilet were clogged. The shower was in a nasty condition, and the water was not draining correctly; I had to work hard to fix it so we could shower. The washing machine was functioning correctly. When I called the property management to inform them of the situation, they showed no concern and told me they could not send anyone to fix it because it was Christmas time. This was unacceptable, and I was extremely disappointed.

New, clean and fresh, nicely furnished, cozy apartment in a quiet area. There is everything what is needed for a comfortable stay of a complete 4-member family (all kitchen appliances, hairdryer, washing machine, toiletries, bedsheets, blankets, enough towels). Clear, efficient and timely communication with the host at all times (although we did not see each other), precise written instructions how to get the keys from a coded keybox and even video instructions how to access the apartment. No deposit asked, reasonable cleaning fee. Very nice and affordable Italian restaurant a couple of minutes from the apartment (in the same street). The apartment itself is within walking distance (around 900m) from the train station to Paris Gare de l'Est (RER line A, 2 stops, takes around 20-something minutes).
